Responsibilities:
Tugas Harian:
Memeriksa dan melakukan otoriasi transaksi harian.
Memeriksa dan memastikan transaksi harian sudah benar dengan hasil inputan.
Memastikan tidak ada rekening perantara yang masih mengantung.
Melakukan supervisi terhadap aktivitas operasional pembiayaan berjalan sesuai ketentuan dan memastikan sistem dapat proses tutup tanggal pada saat aktivitas transaksi berakhir.
Memonitor data yang belum terinput target penyelesaiannya.
Mematikan perubahan nisbah sudah dijalankan.
Memonitor setiap permasalahan yang disebabkan oleh sistem baik terhadap sisdur maupun sigma.
Membuat FUP untuk dibuatkan program bantu guna memperlancar penyelesaian transaksi maupun laporan.
Ikut memeriksa SE dari sisdur yang terkait pembiayaan sebelum SE diedarkan, misalnya Musyarakah angsuran.
Menjawab pertanyaan audit intern maupun ekstern.
Mengirim laporan bulan, triwulaan ke BI melalui email.

Tugas Bulanan:
Memastikan dan memeriksa outstanding.
Memastikan dan memeriksa pencatatan accrual yang dibuat.
Memastikan ketepatan perhitungan pembukuan biaya administrasi.
Memastikan kebenaran dana memeriksa pembukuan tunggakan kolek 3,4,5
Memastikan dan memeriksa saldo setoran jaminan rek. Penampungan dan asuransi.
Memastikan dan memeriksa laporan PPA, LBUS, SID laporan intern dan ekstern.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Key Responsibilities:
Handling staff loan application process :
Do check list for staff loan application, verified the approval form and make sure the entire supporting documents for staff loan are complete,
Coordinate with others Bank in order to take over loan for new employee,
Coordinate with credit operation & documentation unit for staff loan application process,
Responsible for staff loan conversion (staff loan become consumer loan),
Handling any others issues related with staff loan.
Handling medical claim reimbursement,


Handling Daily Cash Allowance payment for business trip or training,
Handling Jamsostek payment and report, and others in related with Jamsostek,
Handling staff correspondence to the third party, such as provide reference letter for passport application, visa application, working statement letter for other bank and for training purposes,
Handling staff resignation documentation, such as collecting all exit forms, collecting ID Card and medical card insurance; coordinate with IT for access deletion, etc,
Assisting payroll process administration, such as collecting time sheet from driver, checking the calculation of driver’s overtime & daily attendance, preparing list of staff holiday allowance payment, preparing list of staff weekend allowance payment, parking registration and cancellation, others,
Other administration duties

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university with GPA >3.00
At least 3 (three) year of working experience in Human Resources Administration, preferably in banking institution
Able to follow through on actions with sense of urgency and keep confidentiality
Mature, self-motivated, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
High speed and accuracy, customer service attitude, helpful and discipline
Highly motivated and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills

Having banking background with strong understanding in Funding and Lending functionality will be prioritized.
Experienced with MISYS Core banking products (e.g. MIDAS, EQUATION) is preferred.
Experienced with advanced banking/finance system (Channeling, MIS, Data warehousing, BI Compliance, etc) is preferred.
Understanding in OS/400 and AS/400 API Concept (e.g. Dataque, QSH, FTP, Trigger, Journal, etc) will be additional value.
Understanding in Syariah business process will be additional value.
