Lowongan Branch Manager (Bandung)
SCOPE OF WORK:
Responsible for Bandung Branch Sales, collection, and operational.
Prepared and develop marketing strategy
Deal and maintain good relationship with car dealers and customers.
Handle and develop Branch personnel.
Prepared business planning, budgeting and forecasting for Bandung Branch and head quarter.
GENERAL REQUIREMENT
Minimum S1 from reputable University in Indonesia / Overseas.
Maximum 40 Years Old.
Min. 3 years working experience and good track record as Branch Manager in Financing / 4 Wheels leasing company.
Have a good Leadership Skills, Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in oral and written English.

Graduate Bachelor Degree S1 any field
AO/FO/CBO :
Good working experience in banking insurance or finance industry 1 years
Graduate mi Dilpoma Degree D3 any field
Aggressive in achieving management target
Bright, sharp, Enthusiastic, Motivated personality
APPRAISAL MANAGER :
Having certificate MAPPI, P1-P2 and P3-P4
Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
Strong leadership skill and people management
Having experience in appraisal di perbankan min 5 years preferable
STAF APPRAISAL :
Graduate Bachelor Degree in Teknik
Good experience in apraisal di bank or konsultan appraisal min 2 thn
Having certificate P1-P2
Ready to be place all over in Indonesia
PEMIMPIN HR & GA WILAYAH
Good experience as Manager HR & GA min 5 years
Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
Strong leadership skill and people management
Ready to be placed in Bandung, Medan or Makasar
Strong technical skills & good interpersonal skills.
Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self driven
