Customer Service Manager (CSM)

Requirements:
* A solid team player, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Proficient in English conversation and writing will be an advantage
* Minimum 1 year experience as Head of Teller or Head of Customer Service in banking industry
* Good understanding of banking industry
* Strongly driven and highly motivated
* Good attention to detail
Responsibilities:
* Customer Service Manager is responsible to oversee and manage banking operations by supervising and controlling the processing of transaction activities to support the bank’s business and to ensure delivery of excellent service quality to customers
