Lowongan Kerja Change Manager, Asia Core Engine (ACE) Program (7 months contract based)
Major Responsibilities
One of the growing demands of business is to keep up with change. We are looking for the best out there to rise up to the challenge, to stand up and deliver as per the demands of this thriving business. The ideal candidate will deliver in-country change management initiatives to ACE Finacle System Implementation and support the formulation of the tools, templates and activities for all change management methodology modules. You will present logic driven analysis and conclusions while keeping in mind project objectives, key metrics and changes in business process. Through effective engagement with the project team and key stakeholders you will create two way communications that suit selected channels, audiences, timing and outcomes.
As Change Manager, you will take it upon yourself to evaluate change activities ensuring maintenance of updated policies, quality, protocols and regulatory documents. Your leadership and communication skills will come to the fore as you take the initiative to build, develop and maintain sound relationships with your customers and stakeholders, ensuring success of the overall business strategy. Innovative ideas towards providing eLearning and sustainable solutions to change management approach and assistance in building strategic capabilities are the other hallmarks of this highly challenging role. It helps to have an in depth knowledge of ANZ businesses and the future direction, in order to incorporate appropriate strategy components. Liaison with external professional bodies, emerging trends and local requirements will go a long way in driving business as envisioned.
Qualification
The successful candidate will have an immaculate track record of 10+ (ten) years in project delivery including change analysis, development, delivery and strategy roles, either in a corporate strategy function, or consulting to corporate clients with international multi-country roll outs. You will also have a reputation for building strong business relationships and an ability to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries. Key to this role will be your effective problem solving skills combined with strong influencing and communication capabilities (excellent English language skills), all assets to a global business.
