With growing business presence in the key Asian growth markets of China, India, Indonesia and Vietnam, and Singapore Office acting as the regional hub for our Asian operations, the company would like to invite suitably qualified candidates to join our team in Indonesia as Commercial Analyst.
Commercial Analyst

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in the commercial evaluation and financial modeling for business development activities with a good understanding of the CBM gas value chain
Develop PSC economic and financial model for CBM exploration and production ventures and partnership
Provide insight in developing strategy to maximise the value of assets through an integrated commercial and operational objectives
Provide commercial input during the development of gas sales and purchase agreements, pipeline and transportation agreements, electricity sales agreement, etc
Participate in developing strategy for various negotiation and provide timely commercial support and observe during the negotiation process
Provide commercial support and intelligence for Arrow Energy Indonesia to understand competitors and to develop strategy to strengthen its position in the market place
Act as a good ambassador to represent the company in front of co-venturers, government officials, customers and industry.
Monitor and analyse the impact of each gas customer on our operational and development activities and assist with the management of Arrow’s contractual obligations
Undertake projects as requested and provide commercial liaison with the finance department for various tasks


Actively support Arrow’s commitment to occupational health and safety and the environment, including:

Adopting standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with Arrow’s safety policies.
Eliminating or reporting workplace hazards, taking part in safety drills and other activities and supporting the work of safety representatives and committees.
Conducting activities in accordance with Arrow’s environmental policies, codes and guidelines, in particular minimising energy and material usage in the workplace.


EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS:

University graduate qualifications in economics, commerce, statistics, engineering or other quantitative discipline.


EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of five (5) Years work Experience preferably within oil and gas / CBM upstream activities in technical, business, regulatory or finance/economics roles in operated/non-operated ventures. Experience in gas marketing, negotiation for gas sales and purchase agreements, power industry or M&A activities is an advantage. Experience with working within corporate guidelines and with core processes with good industry governance is a must.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point etc).

Responsibilities:
Performing day to day financial analysis and planning operations, including budgeting and controlling

Requirements:
Age between 23-30 years old
Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting from a reputable university
GPA min 3.00 scale 4.00 is a must
Fresh graduate are most welcomed or one year experience in relevant area
Able to work under pressure and self-motivated
Detail oriented, fast and precise
Honest and willing to learn
Computer literate (MS. Office and Excel)
