HRIS – BUSINESS ANALYST

Primary Responsibilities
Assist HR GM in ensuring that the central database project is implemented within scope, budget and timeline.
Assist HR user to translate business requirements into system requirements and is responsible for ensuring that the vendor understood the requirements and is providing the requirement according to expectation
Manage and execute the UAT (planning, monitoring and controlling) by working with the PM, payroll vendor, HR and line managers:
Train the test users
Identify, streamline and automate processes for effectiveness and efficiency.
Lead and manage new HR system projects, system implementation and enhancements.
Highly involved in statistical reporting, compilation and preparation of HR statistical reports, data management analysis and accuracy and the quality of the data in the database.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in MIS or Computer Science
Min 2-4 years experience in HRIS, IT or related areas
In-depth knowledge of HRIS & technology.
Possesses exp in PeopleSoft
Team-player
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
