PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

- Ensure specifications are accessible at the time of use
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will ensure workmanship standards are to the required standards. You will oversee subcontractors and ensure specifications are current, up to date and being followed. You will be working closely with the Site Manager, and will read and interpret drawings and any other tender related information. You will prepare site progress reports and necessary documentation, and will ensure timely submission of claims for variation and necessary justifications.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- You will hold a recognized degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Ideally you will be registered with the PE board or equivalent
- You will have min 5-10 years experience within civil engineering and infrastructure works

Qualifications:

Job Descriptions:
1.Overall supervision of the Drafters.
2.Perform design of Pressure Vessel, S&T Heat Exchanger and Air Cooled Heat Exchanger and ensure that design & drawing follow with Code and client specification, preparing MR and MS, document status, progress report and shall be reported to Engineering head/Engineering Manager.
3.Liaise with sales, estimating, project management, purchasing and fabrication on problem solving.
4.Assist Engineering head/Engineering Manager in the continuous improvement process in design and drafting method.
5.Ensure that where possible all designs by him self are within budget and on time delivery.
6.Assist Engineering head/ Engineering Manager to maintain, extend and improve engineering software.
7.Any other duties which are required from time to time as directed by Engineering Head or Engineering Manager or Operation Manager or General Manager are part of job description as well.
