HEAD COMPLIANCE

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible in various organization function such as Human Resources, Internal Audit, Legal and implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years experience in Financial Industries and preferably 5 years served as Compliance Head in Small Medium Enterprise (SME).
• Holds minimum Bachelor/Master degree in any major, preferably majoring in Law, Management or Business Administration.
• Has excellent knowledge in local, regional, and international investment market.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written, especially in presentation situation.
• Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Have good leadership, team building, customer orientation, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Hold CFA/CRM/ChFC certification will be strongly advantages.
