HEAD COMPLIANCE
Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible in various organization function such as Human Resources, Internal Audit, Legal and implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years experience in Financial Industries and preferably 5 years served as Compliance Head in Small Medium Enterprise (SME).
- Holds minimum Bachelor/Master degree in any major, preferably majoring in Law, Management or Business Administration.
- Has excellent knowledge in local, regional, and international investment market.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written, especially in presentation situation.
- Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Have good leadership, team building, customer orientation, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Hold CFA/CRM/ChFC certification will be strongly advantages.
