Develop training materials for GOLD appraisal skills.
Conduct training.
Help recruiting appraisal trainer.
Ensuring competency appraisals are always up to date
conduct appraisals certification for training participants


Qualification :
Hold a bachelor degree in any major.
10 years experience as GOLD appraiser.
Have a good communication and interpersonal skill
