Scope of Job:
* Responsible in supervising and administer the implementation process of Health, Safety & Environment activities in surrounding operation of work area to create alertness and optimally maintain skills of HSE
* Conduct environment manage and monitoring to fulfill environment quality standard that has been required


Qualifications
* Education min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mining, Geology), Occupational, Health & Safety or other disciplines that related with HSE area
* Communicative and able to work as a team
* Analytical thinking and understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems
* Able to prepare report and conduct the presentation
* Good proficiency in English both oral & written

Requirements:
* Having experience minimum of 3 years in similar capacity
* Understand mine regulation and HSE
* Having certified in HSE professionalism (Ahli K3) would be preferred
* Understand basic first aid
* Understand basic work safety (tools, prevention, action)
* Able to analyze mine equipment availability
* Male, age between 28 – 40 years old

A. Unit Controller
Responsible for the overall operating of Boiler / Turbo-Generator Unit and auxiliary plant via DCS, communication and control of local Field Operators activity, in accordance with laid down Operational Procedures, Safety Rules, best operating practices and other statutory requirements and regulations for the performance of his staff.
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Engineering.
- Having experience is not less than 5 years in Power Plant or Utilities and 1 year as Unit Controller.
- Having knowledge in fire protection and fire fighting.
- Having knowledge in electrical (high voltage).
- Having knowledge in mechanical (bearing system, hydraulit system, rotating equipment, etc).
- Having knowledge in chemical.
- Having basic knowledge in CM including PLC controller.
- Willing to work on shift basis regardiess to holidays or public holidays.

B. Environment Officer
Responsible to lead and control all activities and events with respect to Environmental, to ensure the achievement of the company’s environment standards, goals and targets related with environment aspect and impact, RKL and RPL
- Minimum S1 Degree in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Have a basic understand of Power Plant or Petrochemical or Oil & Gas Operation.
- Minimum experience is not less than 5 yrs in handling environmental issues.
- Familiar with environment international Standart and Indonesia Government Regulation.
C. Electrical Supervisor
Perform supervision of Electrical Technician for maintenance an preventive maintenance of motors, transformers, switchgear, high & low voltage, generators To ensure that electrical systems and designs are working property and meet safety and standard requirements.
- University graduated from Electrical Engineering (Power Systems).
- Minimum experience is not less than 5 yrs in Power Plant on which 2 yrs in Supervisor level.
- Good understanding in Power Plant system.
- Good understanding in high voltage equipment protection and maintenance.
General Requirement:
- Fluent in written anti spoken English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Good presentation, report writing skills and computer literacy.
- Core Competencies and skills in: Achievement Orientated, Analytical Thinking, Team Player.

* Undertake environmental rehabilitation and design process as an integral part of both short and long term planning in line with PC’s environmental policy.


Requirements:
* Excellent planning, analytical and organization skill.
* A very good understanding of MINEX mining software is preferable.
* Good Interpersonal & communication skill in both bahasa Indonesia and English
* Possess "Pengawas Operational Pratama" certification from Directorate General of Mining and Energy is preferable.
* Tertiary qualification (S1 degree) in Mining Engineering with minimum 2 years experience in open cut mining operations ideally with exposure to truck and shovel operations.
* Thorough knowledge of pit production activities and equipment, pit technical and pit maintenance process, procedures and activities.
* Good knowledge of coal mining terminology.

Summary

The incumbent develops, applies and maintains the quality system requirements through all Factory activities. Primary Responsibilities :
1. Review line cycle times by conducting time-and-motion studies.
2. Prepare recommendations for effective/efficient workload balancing and improved production line, labor ratios, while driving improved employee safety and product quality.
3. Assist in developing labor metrics and installation of labor management system. Prepare recommendations for allocation of plant labor.
4. Develop capital project ideas that will improve safety, quality cost and efficiency in the plant, including design support to engineering.
5. Provide training when changes in line layout or procedures affect associates roles regardless of location within factory.
6. Ensure all recommendations and implementation plans are aligned across logistics, production, quality, safety and finance.
7. Partner with CIS/IE Specialist on Manufacturing to establish Industrial Engineer role within plant, with a focus on driving improved efficiencies and reduced cost.

Additional Responsibilities :

1. Involved in both pre-production (Planning) stage as well as production (control and supervision) stage.
2. Ensure that job times are controlled, issued and updated as necessary
3. Analyze work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data.
4. Confers with management and engineering staff to implement plans and recommendations
5. Develop management system for cost analysis, financial planning, wage and salary administration and job evaluation.
