Lowongan Finance Manager (Indonesia)
Position Objective:
To safeguard the assets of Kerry Ingredients Indonesia and to build and supervise the finance team, to support the commercial growth of all business units, operating within Indonesia.
Essential Responsibilities & key deliverables:
Key person within the Country management team
Manage both the financial control and commercial control functions
Assist Management in Strategic business planning
Provide guidance to finance team
Initiate improvements in the operational efficiency of the business across all departments
Manage Tax Compliance for Indonesia
Manage Budgets, Projections, Forecasts for Indonesia
Ensure that year end audits are completed on time and without issues
Manage compliance for all Kerry legal entities within Indonesia
Assist in Due Diligence process and valuation of targets
Manage Treasury for Indonesia and ensure compliance with Group policies
Implement Best practice within Finance where applicable.
Ensure management accounts are reported timely
Requirements:
Education:
ualified Accountant with minimum 5 years experience (including experience in Industry)
Skills:
Fluent in Bahasa & English both written and spoken.
Interest in Commercial Business
Technically strong (IFRS, Local GAAP)
Team Player, Initiative, hand on approach, outspoken and confident
Willing to work in Cikarang area
