AUDIT MANAGER
The key Responsibilities:
- Broad experiences for managing and leads entire audit assignment process including detailed planning of audit assignments, audit testing and reporting in accordance with Internal Audit Methodology
- Ensure and exercise application of standard audit technical knowledge and PTBC audit methodology as well as SPFAIB on any relevant audit areas of the allocated audit portfolios
- Ensure the standard audit documentation and administration of the portfolio are well prepared
- Ensure that the audit findings of the portfolio are valid, confirmed and properly supported/documented
- Ensure outstanding audit findings are followed up and resolution is supported with proper evidences
- Accomplish the fulfillment of the allocated assignment on timely manner
- Develop effective communication and relationship with the audit counterparts in accomplishing the allocated portfolios
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or information technology from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
Audit experience preferably in banking industry or experience with external audit firm within 6-8 years.
Good people management, interpersonal and leadership skills
Able to work effectively as an individual and also in a team environment
Able to work well under tight deadline and pressure
A self starter who is ambitious and a strongly motivated team player
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a great teamwork spirit
Excellent English written and verbal communication
Willing to travel frequently across Indonesia
