Bursa kerja from fast growing telecommunication services company, seeking expressions of interest from qualified professionals interested in the following opportunity as Optimization Engineer.

Optimization Engineer , requirement :

• 3 to 5 years experience in 2G RF optimization (especially in Siemens network will be advantage).
• Experience in Pre Launch Optimisation (Intial Tuning) to get acceptance for new on air Sites
• Experience using Batrana, familiar with Siemens database parameter and KPI is an advantage.
• Will work on site basis KPI for turnkey, colocation and TRX expansion.
• Also can analyse alarm and report to clearance team.
• Strong technical skills & good interpersonal skills.
• Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self driven.
• Have excellent communication skills, good appearance and ability to work in a team and individuallyWill to be placed in Makassar or Palembang
