Mine Plan Superintendent, requirement :

• 8 years working experience in Mining Company
• Required skills: familiarity with Surpac & Mine scape program, budgeting, costing and contract.
• Have extensive technical support mining experience with surface mining operation.
• Graduate Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Mining) or equivalent.
• Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
• Honest, excellence of Integrity, Dedication then strong commitment toward company.
• Confidence, Flexible, and Discipline
• Great competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
• Should have a good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Willing to be placed in Satui
