Tehnical Support , requirements:
- 1 year Experience on implementing of LAN / WAN and Internet Gateway / Proxy
- Depth knowledge on TCP/IP, IP Subnetting and IP Routing
- Depth knowledge on Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Linux
- Expert on Computer Hardware, Computer Software and Network Devices
- Has a good analytical and sense of trouble shooting
- Age maximum 28 years old and with minimum D3 degree
- Ability to handle any customers complaint with a good communication
- Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
- Willing to work professional in Shift System
- Self motivated and ability to work in team or individual
