MARKETING COMMUNICATION MANAGER – Bursa Lowongan Kerja Jakarta 2012 Raya
Qualification & Experience:
Must be able to fluently speak, read, write and understand languange(s) used in the workplace
Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process
Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluent in english
Bachelor’s Degree S1 in relevant
Knowledge of city and market segmentation for business
Having good leadership, negotiation and analytical skill
Goal and result oriented

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER – Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
Deals efficiently with complaints and queries from department heads and associates
Demonstrates strong personal organization and time management skills
Shows initiative and sense of urgency
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Bachelor’s Degree majoring Accounting
Fluent in english
Exhibits high level of attention to detail
Observe confidentiality
Knowledge of hotel PMS systems preferred
Strong understanding of data inter-relationship
Strong analytical and numeracy skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skill

SALES MANAGER – Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
Possess customer-handling techniques
Able to co-ordinate work processes in a systematic manner
Able to react fast but calmly in the midst of any co-ordination problems
Must possess a patient, pleasant personality
Comfortable in dealing with people of all level
Knowledge of the city and market segmentation for business
Convey a high level of understanding of the importance of attention to detail
Possess good sales techniques and negotiation skills
Be passionate and have the drive and determination to meet/exceed set goals
Good communication skills
Proficient in common Microsoft software such World and Excel
Ensure accuracy by verifying work against standards or input of others
Take extra steps to ensure work is completed on time
Pursue increased responsibility
Proficiency in oral and written Indonesian and English is a must. Knowledge of other languages will be a plus
