Jobs Requirements :
Education Degree min graduate or (Prefered) Master Degree, Majoring in finance
Certified: CFA Level 2, FRM are prefered


Min of age 35 years old
Min 10 years of working experiences or 5 years experience with same position
Leadership, Self motivated, Teamwork, Hardworking & under pressure is a Mandatory
Mastering in Finance skill (fund raising, debt restructuring, swap market, IPO, loan origination, project finance, portofolio management); Treasury Operations;
Expert in Budgeting skill, Strategic planning skill (BSC, performance management), Accounting skill (IFRS, Trust Fund Accounting, IFRS, PSAK 55)
Expert in Taxes (Indonesian & international)
Expert in Develop policy & procedures
Expert in Computer literate, ERP implementation team, ERP system advanced user
Excel master user
Reporting expert
Experience in Finance company, Investment company is a must
Experience in Banking industries, BUMN experience are prefered
Infrastructure bussiness, PPP, PMK-100 are prefered
Familiar with Enterprise Risk Management is a must
Familiar with audit process, Familiar with Quality management system are prefered
ALCO (must)
Good Interpersonel skill and Presentation skill is a must
Supranational (Worldbank, ADB); Good government relation (Ministry of Finance, Bapenas, PIP, BAPEPAM-LK) are prefered
