Lowongan Kerja RESEARCH ANALYST
To maintain the timeliness, completeness, high quality and accuracy of
Indonesia substantial shareholders data by collecting, analyzing, translating
and updating shareholders information - including data on insiders or holdings
of directors and officers - of listed companies.
Duties & Responsibilities
Know the stock exchanges' disclosure rules of the market processed
Ensure full coverage of market processed
Ensure the timely collection of reports containing shareholding information: (1) static data from annual reports; and (2) daily trades reports
Day-To-Day Responsibilities
Gather Annual and Trade Reports from official sources
Research on the filings on substantial shareholders and director's interest
Translate the reports to be processed
Process the shareholding information: (1) static data from annual reports and (2) daily trades report within the prescribed turn-around time
Performs other duties, which may be assigned by the managers from time to time.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business or any related Finance courses. Equivalent relevant prior work experience is a plus.
Languages required: Bahasa Indonesia, plus English
Good research skills
Good organizational skills
Great attention to details
Proficient in computer applications
Flexible enough to be cross-trained in other data sets or markets within Ownership
Results-oriented
Can work with minimum supervision
