Aspermont - the world's biggest mining-media company, with bases in London and Perth - is looking for a reporter to join its busy team of professionals.

The role could suit somebody with a geological or engineering degree who wants a career out of the ordinary, loves to tell a story and thinks they can get their minds around one of the world's biggest industries - mining.

The role would be working on Mining Journal, the metal-mining industry's weekly newspaper. You'd need to be up for a challenge, able to work in a small team and not afraid of burning the midnight oil from time to time.

But, in return, you will get one of the most interesting jobs around with the chance to travel and carve out a career with one of the UK's fastest moving business publishers.
