TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
TRAINING DEVELOPMENT
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective human resource management techniques within the organization by identifying training / development needs, developing ways of improving employees’ productivity, quality, and attitude empowerment and effective training programs recommendations.
ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT
Assist and creatively recommend to HR Manager the opportunity for developing the organization by conducting researches and communications with all functions in the organization.
MANAGING & APPRAISING PERFORMANCE (MAP) PROCESS
Actively and creatively organize the implementation of MAP annually within the compant and ensure that the results are delivered timely and accurately.
ISO 9001 ESTABLISHMENT
Organize, manage and monitor the implementations of Training & Development Procedures in line with ISO 9001 procedures and regulations. It is also encouraged to recommend any possibility for improvements.
JOB EVALUATION
Organize annual job evaluation for all positions to ensure that all positions are well monitored and updated in line with business purposes and also to provide development assistance to the related departments.
EMPLOYEES’ SATISFACTION PROGRAM
Assist the Manager and conduct Annual Employees’ Satisfaction Program within the company to ensure, and to cover any people’s development needs or organization development needs as part to succeed the organization objectives.
Requirements
University graduate
1.HR Management Skills (emphasize on education / training)
2.At least 4 Years in HR fields with specialization in training & recruitment.
3.Ability to communicate with higher or lower level, including labours: easy-going person.
4.Good personality and initiatives qualities.
5.Pro-active personality with energetic passion to win-win solutions.
6.Ability to communicate with all levels.
7.God relations with Training/Recruitment Institutions/Providers.
8.Knowledge on HR Development tools.
9.Good English and computer literacy
10.To be placed at Karawang
