- Male / female, age max. 32 years
- Education S1, in the field of law, psychology or management
- Experience min. 2 years in HR & GA
- Understanding the calculation of overtime, attendance, leave and Jamsostek
- Understanding the Law on labor, employment & licensing company
- The process of the recruitment & selection, performance appraisal and
- Having the capability negotiation and good interpersonal skills
- Willing to work in the area & Cikarang Barat
- Ability to develop systems & procedures
