- Min. in Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Economics / Psychology / Business / HR Management
- Min.10 years Experience in the Industry and 3 to 5 years in Training and Development.
- Proficient on Training Management and HR Management
- Good Leadership, Facilitating, and Presentations skill
- Effective written verbal Communication skill in English
- Computer Literate
Job Description:
- Create and manage Learning Development Program to ensure all Learning and Development Activities are professionally implemented
- Plan annual budget and monitor expanse monthly
- Develop and coach Staffs to improve job performance, motivation and teamwork
- Maintain and improve networking with related external HR Institutions
- Coordinate professionally with all Department Manager
- Provide monthly activity report to Management and related Departments
