This position will be responsible for monitoring and valuating the development and Implementation of Compensation and Benefit and Organizational Development.
The candidate should possess:
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law, Industrial Engineering, or Management
- 5 years HR Experience in managerial position
- Hands on in Compensation and benefit, Organizational development and job evaluation
- Good communication in both written and spoken English
- God Interpersonal and Organizational skills
- Highly Motivated and strong Analytical skills
- Computer Literate (MS OFFICE)
- Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity
