Store Supervisor (Stationed in Batam)

Responsibilities:
Main Purpose of Job :
Store Supervisor is responsible to assist Planner in managing the material, chemical & packing movement, and make sure delivery & shipment is according to the planed, manpower planning, training, storage of finish good, resin & chemical to the proper control, productivity, on time delivery, power saving & daily 5’S practice. Conduct weekly inventory, and kept the accuracy inventory data. Comply with ISO 9001, 140001, 13485, Chemical substance Control, and green manufacturing programs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist the Planner to oversee the store activities, implement training program within the dept. and monitor the performance of storeman.
Record, Check, Control, and Supervise stock movement (material, chemical, finish goods, etc) in order to be able to trace and ensure the actual stock tally with book record.
Record, Check, Control, and Supervise the receiving, delivery and shipment activity in daily basis.
Able to provide guidance to store member (leader & storeman) about working procedure and system in store dept, and have the ability to lead and improve productivity within the dept.
Ensure the 5S Implementation on the store area
Have the knowledge about ROHs, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, 14000 & Green Manufacturing Programs

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma from reputable university
At least 3 years’ experiences preferably in manufacturing industry.
Able to operate Microsoft Excell and Word.
Have strong leadership character, motivated person, and able to work independent & under pressure.
Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Indonesia.

Currently, we are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as position below:

Mine Engineering (ME-3-JS)
Bursa Lowongan Kerja Kalimantan Timur , Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Sumatera Barat, Sumatera Selatan, Sumatera Utara

Responsibilities:
Review maps, reports, and other data to develop mine plan strategies, targets, budgets and reports
Interacting with geologists and other mine supervisors, understanding the exact requirement and designing structures accordingly
Manage the handling of coal by evaluating and managing of hauling contractors Responsible for equipment selection Control mining operations
Produce quantitative historical production reports, estimates, recommendations, and timelines.
Maintain and update accurate reserve estimates data
Produce systematic scheduling plans for heavy equipment use, personnel hours, supplies, and production output
ensures the safe and economically sound development of mines and other surface and underground operations
Ensuring that all the equipment involved in mining is according to safety regulations and in good working condition
Plan further exploration activities with the geology department for future development

Requirements:
Male, max. 30years old
Bachelor degree in from reputable university in Mining Engineer. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience with starting a coal mine operation from an exploration project
Have knowledge of mine design, mine planning and scheduling
Proficient in the use of geological modeling
Having a PENGAWAS OPERASIONAL certification
Familiar with heavy equipment & coal mining operations
Awareness of mine operation regulatory requirements
Analytical thinking, highly pro-active, supportive and self motivated
Strong presentation and communication skills in a multi-lingual environment
Ability to communicate in English and Indonesian
Results focused and improving production through innovation, optimization, and efficiency
